Colleverde Park Hotel

Rich in history and monuments civil, religious, medieval and baroque; the town of Naro is a primary center of importance art. Its high position and the abundance of natural resources since ancient times has made this a place of several prominent settlements. Set on a hill between valleys full of water, and expertly cultivated Naro developed throughout  the Middle Ages to become one of the major strongholds of the Chiaramonte family in the thirtheenth and fourteenth centuries. On the heights of the countryside, the superb Castle and the old Cathedral emphasize the significance of Naro in the Middle Ages, preserving this magnificent administrative center (comarca) until the nineteenth century. The old town is adorned by religious buildings and churches, many of which hold valuable objects and pieces of art.
